Warranty Conditions

The warranty period for the purchased products is 2 (two) years. Warranty service means free repair of the item during the warranty period. Warranty service is provided at the address of "Jazz Group" LLC: 0163 Tbilisi; Trialeti St. N10.

The warranty applies to the damage to the equipment that is caused by the technical defect (not software). In order to receive warranty service at the service center, you must submit the warranty service card as proof of payment along with the document. The name of the item, serial number, buyer's name, surname, personal number, date of purchase, seller company seal, signatures of the responsible employee and the buyer (buyer signature does not apply if the item is purchased online).

Transportation to the service center and vice versa is carried out by the user at their own expense. The service center is obliged to repair the damaged equipment in accordance with the conditions specified in the warranty card within 45 working days from the date of receipt at the service center. In the event that the item could not be repaired within the mentioned period, the product is subject to change. The item is replaced by the same model, and if the same model no longer exists, with another model of identical specification. Only the defective item is replaced, not the complete set (accessories, etc.).

If the customer applied within 5 (five) working days after the purchase to the service center due to the detection of a technical complaint, and the complaint is confirmed based on the conclusion of the service center, the item will be replaced with a new one. The customer must present the item with a complete set, box, accessories, without physical defects and scratches. This warranty is provided in compliance with the legislation of Georgia and ISO standards.

Warranty conditions do not apply:

  • The warranty period has expired;
  • Warranty service card is not presented;
  • On an item that is physically damaged, scratched, cracked, crushed, burnt, molten, deformed, broken, etc. Also, for liquid damage.
  • If the product's factory serial number has been changed, deleted, or damaged. The rules of operation of the products are violated (see operating rules in the attached product documentation);
  • On the item that is affected by non-standard mains voltage damage;
  • In case of damage to unqualified or carelessly used equipment.

 

Warranty service does not apply to the following product accessories and consumables:

  • Charger
  • Power supply
  • Remote control
  • Vacuum cleaner tanks and bags
